Jerry's Hockey - Return and Exchange Policy
At Jerry's Hockey, we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.
Standard Returns:
Unused items may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for store credit
After thirty (30) days, returns may be accepted at Jerry's Hockey discretion and are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Show no signs of use (including scuffs, stains or dirt).
- Be in same condition as when purchased.
Sales Items:
- All sales items are considered a final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged
- Jerry's Hockey Loyalty Members may return sale items within thirty (30) days for store credit, provided the items meet the unused item criteria above.
Custom Orders:
Custom-ordered merchandise is made just for you and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Please review all custom order details before placing your order.
Jocks & Undergarments:
Due to hygiene reasons, jocks and undergarments are final sales.
Exception: If Jerry's Hockey made a shipping error, we will correct it.
Skates: (Ice or Inline)
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if are:
- Unused and unworn.
- Not sharpened or heat molded.
- Not altered or physically modified.
Hockey Sticks & Goalie Sticks
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if sticks are:
- Unused.
- Untaped.
- Uncut.
- Unaltered in any way.

Can I get a refund instead of a store credit?
No. Jerry's Hockey offers store credit for all eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
How do I return an item?
Bring the item and your receipt into the store. Our team will inspect it and issue store credit if it meets our return guidelines.
Do I need a receipt?
Yes, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If you are a Jerry's Hockey Rewards Member, all your receipts are stored on your account and can be looked up in-store.
Can I return something I bought on sale?
All sale items are a final sale. However, Jerry's Loyalty Members can return sale items for store credit within thirty (30) days, as long as the item is unused.
Does store credit expire?
No. Your store credit never expires and can be used at any Jerry's Hockey location.
Can I return something I bought online?
Yes. Contact us first to confirm that your item qualifies. Then, you can ship the item back or bring it to one of our locations. Online returns must follow and are subject to Jerry's Hockey return guidelines.
Do I receive a refund on the shipping cost for an online purchase?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the item is eligible for return
