Jerry's Hockey is committed to your complete satisfaction and we make it our number one priority.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with any unused item, simply return it to Jerry's at any time for a refund of its purchase price (with receipt) or for a store credit.
  • All defective merchandise is covered under manufacturer specific policies.
How do I return my product?

 

Any online purchase you make can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange at any Jerry's Hockey Retail locations as long as it meets the return guidelines below.

  1. Box up your item(s) and include either a copy of your email confirmation or the packing slip that came with your original order in the box.
  2. You can return the item(s) via any shipping carrier of your choosing. Jerry's recommends utilizing a shipping service that provides package tracking to endure the safe arrival of your package to our warehouse.

  4. Please allow up to three business days from the date of receipt at Jerry's Shipping Warehouse for returns processing. Once the return is processed, it may take up to 14 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Return Guidelines:
  • Unused items
    • Unused items have a thirty (30) day return window. for a product to be considered unused it must:
      • be in its original packaging.
      • show no scuffs, stains, dirt, or other marks that would indicate use.
      • still be in the same condition in which it was purchased.
  • Custom Ordered Merchandise
    • Custom ordered merchandise is custom made for you! it is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Jocks and Undergarments
    • Due to the nature of the product and hygiene. All sales of jocks and undergarments are FINAL. Unless for a shipping error on Jerry's part.
  • Ice Hockey or InLine Skates
    • Can be returned or exchanged as long as:
      • They are unused.
      • They are unworn.
      • They are unaltered.
      • Have not been sharpened.
      • Have not been heat molded.
      • Have not bee physically changed.
  • Hockey Sticks & Goalie Sticks
    • Can be returned or exchanged as long as:
      • They are unused.
      • There has been no tape application.
      • They are unaltered.
      • They have not been cut down or any physical change.

Jerry's Hockey tries to do its best to prevent them, but occasionally mistakes are made. Jerry's Hockey apologizes for any inconvenience a mistake may cause. Please call customer service directly at 847.584.0305 and we will provide you with a return shipping label and do our best to get you the appropriate item ASAP.

Exchanging Orders

 

If you received your order and need to exchange it, please contact Customer Service at 847.584.0305. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please see the how do I return my product section above. You are best served to return your product for a refund and place an order for the product you would rather have. Please note that it takes Jerry's Hockey two(2) to three(3) business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our shipping location.

Can I return my order to a retail location?

 

Yes! You can return any order to one of our local Jerry's Hockey retail locations. please bring your sales receipt, packing list, or email order confirmation when you go to the store. Please keep in mind retail locations cannot refund PayPal orders.
